Changing Benefits

Most benefits can be changed during the year.  Some can only be changed during open enrollment.  The following benefits can be changed at any time:

  1. Benefit 1
  2. Benefit 2
  3. Benefit n

 

You may change the benefits be completing one or more of the attached documents, then attaching the completed document to a payroll support request.  Note that benefits are managed by Human Resources.  For specific inquiries, contact Human Resources at [email protected].

 

The following benefits may be changed only during open enrollment: 

  1. Benefit 1
  2. Benefit 2
  3. Benefit n

Human Resources will announce open enrollment periods and information regarding registering or modifying those benefits will be provided at that time.
