Troubleshooting steps if you cannot access the eLearning Portal resources:

I don’t remember the eLearning web page. |
Try the link from the http://www.hnncsb.org/staff-applications.html link.
Click on the eLearning icon to be redirected to the eLearning portal. |

I can’t get on the Internet. |
If you are using an H-NNCSB computer, ensure this is not just a browser issue and try a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox. Otherwise contact the H-NNCSB HelpDesk at 757-788-0911 or [email protected]. |

I can access Internet pages but eLearning won’t load. |
Try the above steps. If eLearning is down, Training Services will send a message. |

I can access eLearning but don’t know or remember my credentials. |
Check your email and look for a message from [email protected]. If you no longer have that email, open a support request in Happy Fox. |

I don’t see my courses. |
Once you are logged into eLearning, check the courses assigned to you under My Courses: Then select Online Courses to see courses coming due or available without an expiration date:
If you still do not see courses you need, open a ticket in the Happy Fox portal. |

I am trying to play a course but it will not load/run. |
The recommended browsers are Chrome or Firefox. If one does not work, close it and try the other. If neither of these work, try Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer should only be attempted if the other two browsers do not work.
If you still cannot load the course, open a ticket in the Happy Fox portal. |
